Double Plus

This template is sometimes called as

{{MudletVersion|2.1.0}}

and sometimes as

{{MudletVersion|2.1.0+}}

while the first is expected, the second will yield output like

Available in Mudlet2.1.0++

How do we want to avoid the double plus sign?

1. Either remove all of the second example usages, and make sure they never happen again
2. Or improve the template to recognize and drop any second plus signs?

It should only be called as the former, I believe I've corrected all instances of the latter (I prefer it!).
